研究方向

研究团队主要小鼠作为模式生物，运用遗传学、细胞生物学、生物化学和活细胞荧光显微成像技术等方法致力于以下相关研究：

  1. 细胞器（纤毛、线粒体和细胞蛇）与脂肪（米色脂肪）形成的分子机制及生理意义；

  2. 真皮层脂肪形成过程在皮肤抵御金黄色葡萄球菌感染过程中的作用机制及生理意义；

  3. 纤毛长度变化在脂肪分化发育过程中的生理功能和调控机制。
