研究团队主要利用微藻、小鼠等模式生物,运用遗传学、细胞生物学、生物化学和活细胞荧光显微成像技术等方法致力于以下相关研究:
细胞器(纤毛、线粒体和细胞蛇)发生与动态调控的分子机制;
微藻重金属代谢的调控机理;
重金属污染生物修复技术研发及应用。
